Founder & CEO

Tiffany first stepped foot on Martha’s Vineyard in 2018—and was immediately enchanted. A native of Northern California Wine Country, she had traveled the globe, but something about Oak Bluffs called her to return year after year. For her, the island is a sanctuary: a place where mornings begin with beach workouts, afternoons unfold in breezy rides from town to town, and evenings blossom into spontaneous porch hangs and heartfelt conversation. Oak Bluffs became a refuge, a haven for healing and inspiration.

Morgan

Founder & CMO

Morgan’s connection to the Vineyard is generational. She has returned every summer since before she was born, carried first by her mother and now by memory, community, and tradition. Each morning, Morgan teaches Polar Bears, an intergenerational swim tradition. Afternoons are spent recharging—walking the shoreline, writing, reconnecting with her roots. Evenings are filled with porches, storytelling, and the kind of laughter that can only happen among old friends and new ones who feel like family.

While their paths to the Vineyard were different, the feeling it gave them was the same. From opposite coasts, they were drawn together by the spirit of the place—the porch culture, the storytelling, the quiet strength of the oak trees, the legacy of Black joy on the island.

Together, they created Ink & Oak Wine, a brand that honors their journeys, pays tribute to the places that shaped them, and brings people together in community and celebration. What began as reflections over glasses of wine has evolved into a purposeful venture—one that pours legacy, laughter, and love into every bottle.
